Joe Delk has been practicing law since 1976, a thirty-five year career spanning North Carolina geographically and entailing numerous areas of expertise. Graduating in 1976 from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law, he spent six years working for the North Carolina State Bar in Raleigh, NC. Looking for a change in practice and location, he and his family moved to Lenoir to join a small general practice firm in 1983. Joe has since started his own general practice in the Old Post Office Building in downtown Lenoir.

Joseph Delk has been practicing law since 2008. He first practiced in South Carolina in an insurance defense firm with a focus in complex medical malpractice defense. In 2010, Joseph returned to Lenoir and joined his father's firm to support the firm's criminal practice. Joseph was named Best Attorney in Caldwell 2018.
